A: Tap the "+" button on the map, select the bin location, take a photo (optional), and submit. You'll earn 50 points for each verified bin you add!
Q: What are the different user tiers?
A: KrapMaps has 5 tiers: Bronze (0-999 points), Silver (1,000-4,999), Gold (5,000-14,999), Platinum (15,000-49,999), and Elite (50,000+). Each tier unlocks new features and badges!
Q: How do I earn points?
A: You can earn points by: Adding new bins (50 points), verifying existing bins (25 points), submitting travel tips (10 points), maintaining daily streaks, and completing achievements. Premium users get a 2x multiplier!
Q: What's included in KrapMaps Premium?
A: Premium includes 8 custom app themes, custom username colors, exclusive emoji sets, ad-free experience, 2x points multiplier, priority support, and early access to new features. Available for $4.99/month or $49.99/year.
Q: How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
A: Go to your iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → KrapMaps → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain Premium access until the end of your billing period.
Q: Can I report incorrect bin locations?
A: Yes! Tap on any bin marker and select "Report Issue" to flag incorrect or removed bins. This helps keep our database accurate.
Q: Is my location data private?
A: Yes! We only use your location to show nearby bins and enable map features. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
