Why haven't my points updated?
Points are awarded after bin verification is confirmed by our AI. This usually takes a few seconds — try closing and reopening the app. Still nothing after 10 minutes? Email us at contact@krapmaps.app.
How do I claim my Amazon voucher?
Vouchers are sent to your registered email at the end of each reward cycle. Make sure your email is verified in profile settings and check your spam folder!
How do streaks work?
Map at least one bin per day to keep your streak alive. Streaks earn you bonus points multipliers — the longer the streak, the bigger the bonus. Missing a day resets it, so keep mapping!
How do I add a bin to the map?
Tap the + button, walk up to a bin, take a clear photo and submit. Our AI verifies it's a real bin then awards your points. Make sure location services are enabled!
My bin photo was rejected — why?
Our AI needs to clearly see the bin. Make sure the bin is the main subject of the photo, well-lit, and not obstructed. Blurry or distant shots may be rejected — get up close!
I can't log in — what do I do?
Try the "Forgot password" link on the login screen. If you signed up via Apple or Google, make sure you're using the same method. Still stuck? Email contact@krapmaps.app and we'll sort it within 24 hours.
How do I cancel Premium?
Premium is managed through your App Store or Google Play account. Go to your device's subscription settings and cancel from there. It'll remain active until the end of your billing period.
